FElt like trying some Traditional the other day, and my friend Obsessedkitten were having a kinda though time, so I decided to draw Mayka for her
Turned out kind of nice, a bit messy here and there, and the eyes are a bit off, but I'm kinda pleased with the skin and tablecloth, although the scanner totally killed the original contrast ;_;

liked it, and that's all that matters when you draw presents :] I tried to draw a type of dress that she likes, but I kinda failed, so it ended up being of an ordinary fabric. Well, I guess I'll have to try that again some day.

Eyes aren't that bad, one's just a bit low, is all. The only real problem is the arm resting on the table. It's awfully flat instead of being...curvy?

I think the shadow from her body versus the light from the table and area made it look a bit flat in the end.. I should've payed greater attention to the muscles and bones in the arm, me thinks!
